Who We Are

In 1985, Joe Greco took out his first business license because he was ready to build homes his way.

What is now Greco Construction, Inc. started from a love for the craft and passion for doing things right - building the way he'd want his own home built.

When Jake Greco joined years later, he brought that same belief with him. He grew up watching his dad check on projects with a sense of pride Jake knew he wanted for himself.

His vision is focusing on complexity over volume, expanding us into McCall while building fewer, more sophisticated homes in Idaho.

Success to us is the friendships we form, the confidence you feel in your home, and homes we're proud to build, not just complete.

Building like it's for our own family is the through-line between each decision we make.

It's why quality in what no one sees has never been optional. We do every step to the best of our abilities, even the things that typically aren't seen.

It's why we show clients the actual markup percentage when most builders don't. Suppliers and subcontractors provide pricing directly to you.

And it's why we brought design in-house when we found the solution to clients struggle with overwhelming decisions or designers with conflicting incentives.

Bringing Design In-House

“Great design is where aesthetics and functionality blend seamlessly, and the beautiful part is that it's different for everyone.”

Tasha Rudolph
Interior Designer

Tasha joined the Greco team after building her personal home with us. Through that experience, Jake witnessed the value of her level of organization and planning, from checklists to design boards, that she utilizes to this day.

The versatility she brings makes all the difference from an independent designer. She adapts to each project and tailors how you work together while functioning as the middleman between you and the construction team.

Tasha's approach starts with how you actually live. Your lifestyle, the rooms you use most, how the materials will hold up to your climate and household.

She creates room-by-room design boards so you see the full picture before committing to individual selections.

She times decisions so materials arrive before construction needs them, keeping the project moving without putting the burden on you.

Designing a home is personal. Tasha ensure you feel heard and supported throughout, making the journey as rewarding as the finished space.

Built Like It's Ours
We're not a production builder. We focus on fewer projects, treating each home with the care we'd want for our own family. We address adjustments in your first months and stay responsive long after.

40+ Years of Refinement
What began in 1985 is now a father-son team with four decades of lessons learned, problems solved, and systems refined. Our experience shows in what we are able to foresee and prevent, not just what we build.

Standards Beyond Us
Our subcontractors meet three standards: fair pricing regardless of the client, quality work they stand behind beyond warranty, and timely execution. We choose partners who share our values, not just our schedule.
